Shop off road trip!

My boss decided to have some of us from the shop take our 4x4s out on some trails he has been exploring this year. I took my 98 f150 and Tim our service writer took his 04 Dakota and my boss drove his 06 wrangler. His jeep has a 2.5 lift with 33s so he has a little advantage over our trucks but i was really impressed how my truck did.

It is!! First time there!!! I couldn't navigate and take pictures through the rougher parts my wife took some. It's a very beautiful area so we took some time and stopped for lunch at a nice camping spot my boss and his wife are staying the night. I hate to say it but I wish I had an old jeep my truck is big and one turn I had to back up just to make it but it was a blast!! My truck has a factory limited slip rear diff and helped big time on some of the rocks. We will be doing more of the tails hopefully soon. If you ever get to KY it would be worth checking this area out!!

Ohh - never seen that before ..... how does all that work - is there a large tank somewhere or are all the other (i presume that there are others) pumps on a common line to a refinery?

They can have a local tank, you can have a bunch tied into a common tank...or can go to a larger collection station...or a pipeline...depends on the amount of recovery.
They are called pumpjacks....might have a different name in the States.
