2001 f250 np273f fluid keeps disappearing

Anyone know y my transfer case fluid keeps disappearing every time i check it i put about a quart n a half then drive thru the sand. The next week or 2 i check n half to put another quart n a half. Recently rebuilt no leaks on the truck at all anywhere. When i first replaced the tc the transmission was about a gallon n a half low. Wasnt low before i did the r&r of tc. Everything drives n works perfect except the pain in my a$$ of having to keep filling up the tc. I know the transmission fluid can leak into the tc but this almost seems opposite n the transmission doesn't seem to get any more full of fluid. Any ideas or any help would b greatly appreciated. Can also email me direct grantorino1972351@gmail.com thanks im advance gentlemen. By the way its a 2001 f250 quad cab long bed V10 with the np273f electronic shift tc
