Hello all, I have been reading posts from this site for some time. Figured it was time to make my own account. I live in Sacramento California and I'm driving a 1993 F250 with a 351w. Truck has 172,000 miles. Runs, good drives good, but won't pass smog, hi nox, egr problems.

Welcome to the site. Fix your EGR and your Nox problem will go away. That's what the EGR does. By returning some spent exhaust gasses into the intake flow, it makes the combustion less volatile, thus reducing NOX.
