It isn't bad does most of the stuff a pc can do. Some websites don't play well with a tablet no matter what browser you install on it.

I just got a slate last night it runs windows 10 it's actually pretty sweet. You can use it as a tablet or a laptop. Best of both both worlds and it works great.

Glad to hear.

Don't need one, but it might be nice sometimes.
If you dare, these can be had at Wally World for $82.

*EDIT* Wait wait wait.... It's Saturday!

NSFW linky

World Naked Gardening Day is an international event when you strip down and tend your garden in the nude.

Started by Mark Storey for the Body Freedom Collaborative movement, the event is dedicated to making “non-sexual social nudity” more acceptable.

So get in your garden and get naked!

Initial impression is good. It will do a lot, including GPS, so it will act as a 2-in-1 device for me. It was on sale for $100, so I'm not out a lot of money if it doesn't work out. It also takes front-facing pictures but the MP is only 2 MP.
I'm amazed at how cheap technology has become. This old guy has a 10" Samsung tablet, a 17" Dell laptop, and a new desktop with a 24" flatscreen monitor and a Terrabyte hard drive. And paid less, for all of them combined, that I did for our first Packard Bell. That unit had a screaming fast 50 mhz processor, 8 mb of ram, and a 300 mb hard drive, as memory serves. That's a small fraction of the computing power and memory my phone rocks (last Gen Galaxy Note).

Technology has allowed me to run a thriving nationwide practice from a tiny rural town in Maine and it has allowed me to stay in contact with friends and family for many years that would have been impossible to do otherwise.

Tech can have its downsides but as long as you're aware and careful the upside can be exponentially greater.

When the blackberry/first smartphone came out in the late 90s early 2000s was when I first got addicted to having the power of desktop computing at my fingertips wherever I was!

I have a tablet I HAVE to use in conjuction with my smartphone and a laptop is for traveling only and still rare at that as my tablet still can do most of my work heavy lifting.....just not comfortable with the small keyboard yet.....latest tech, which I'm going to trade my laptop and tablet for is the tab/laptop combination where the laptop is touch screen and flips open to have a keyboard to also dual a small a laptop but still small and light enough to be a nice tablet ...I'm still looking at options for a FULL size keyboard which they have wireless now for these things when I travel.
