looking for a good off-road location near STL

I'm looking for a location near St. Louis, public or private w/ permission, where I can take my truck for some "staged" off road video shots to be included in the video promo which is being produced for my truck. I'm not looking for mud, but for rocks, streams, etc. where video gear can be set up and several 'drive by' shots made.

If anyone has any suggestions, I'd greatly appreciate hearing from you.

Thanks,

MN

Doc is definately the guy to talk to about off road around St. Louis. Hopefully he will be along shortly and give you some ideas.

We the willing - lead by the unknowing - are doing the impossible for the ungrateful. We have done so much for so long with so little that we are now qualified to do anything with nothing.

Probably Rocheport Off-road park off of 40N would be your best or there is Flat Nasty down in southern Mo but if you want Stl area you will need to drive at least an hour and a half to get somewhere!

Rocheport Off-road park is a bit further than I'd really like to drive just for some action shots. I guess St. Joe would be the closest location. Has anyone been down there? What's it like?

My step brother goes there all the time with the fourwheelers and has a blast but I have never been there myself. I don;t know what kind of set up is down there for trucks.
