stop drill the ends of the cracks and then grind...

stop drill the ends of the cracks and then grind down the frame along the crack.. once thats done weld it back up... when your done grind the weld flush... if you wish you can also weld a gusset...

oils right on the dot for fill... it gets used almost daily to get the mail at the end of the driveway all year lol.. but in the summers its ran for a few hrs at a time almost constantly to clean up...

for the knock check the sway bar bushings/links (if equipped) ... theyre prone to failure... i ended up replacing them with Energy suspension bushing... the swaybar to axle ones were more a challenge...

is it one of those that has the spring like retention clip molded inside shaped similarly to the shaft?? if so i had the same problem with the FACTORY one in my mustang... would go to pull the switch...

it might solve it.. if not you may need to check if theres a restriction in the cooler or maybe a restriction in the transmission... some transmissions have a thermostat directing the fluid flow.....

missed your question when i was reading through earlier... if the fan clutch is worn out itll certainly cause overheating issues as the fan wont be turning sufficiently fast enough to pull enough air...

the plugs might not have been put in with an impact... ive worked on a couple vehicles i found some people put the plugs in with thread locker... those are "fun" to try and take out...
