1996 Under-dash relay

So my dad and I were looking at a low mile '96 X today, clean little rig...

Anyway, there's a relay of some sort under the dash on the left side (same one on my mom's '00 X) and it's buzzing unless the signals, flashers, brakes are applied and it's yellow.

What is it and is it cheap to replace???

If it's just a generic "bosch" style relay like the one below, plugged into a harness, then yes it's extremely simple and cheap to replace.

First thing you'll have to do is unplug it and find out how many prongs it has on the bottom.

I already told you-- if it looks similar to the relay above then it's just a generic SPST or SPDT relay that you can get at the auto parts store for about $5.

Does it look like the one in the picture above?
