E4OD Oil Pans

I am going to be doing a synthetic oil change on my !995 E4OD soon, but want a new pan, what do you guys think of this pan?

I personally like the first one, but I'm also a firm believer in you pay for what you get. They'll all serve the purpose of adding extra fluid and cooling abilities, though.

I have this one:

It's cheaper and it has the cooling tubes that supposedly help to keep the fluid cooler. Of course when you pull it out of the box you can tell it's not PRECISION manufactured like the more expensive pans, but if fits nicely and and it doesn't leak so I'm satisfied with it. And it adds 3 more quarts and a drain plug. It does the job just fine, I'd buy it again in a second.
