My buddy picked me up from college and we went to a place called Parts Galore, and its a pick your own parts kinda thing. I thought sure why not. It was just down the road from my college but being my college is in the city i dont like to venture to far from the campus.
Well he paid my way in and i turned the corner and my eyes lit up!
There was several 1980-96 F-150's and about 3 broncos! First thing i did was rush to see if they had any of the 300 or 460 air tubes, and i counted them having 10! No joke and ever one of them looked good!
So after that i was stoked! Well i found two F150's that had MAF! Everything still there along with the single air tube and the air box. I looked at the door tag and it was a U trans code. So its not a E4OD which i have. Well We started looking in the cars and i found 3 80's mustangs! all of them was 4 cylinders but i dont know what kind of transmissions they had. But that would be killer if they was E4OD's anyone have any ideas?
Ok after all that excitement i bout lost my load!
I counted 24 FREAKIN TAURAS E-FANS!!!!!!!!!!! I was looking under the hoods of the 90's style ford escorts and it looks to have the same fan as the taruas! But 24 OF THEM give or take, i stopped about half way and said "I GOT THE IDEA"
So heres the deal, First Skan.... PM me. Second, anyone need any of these parts! I might be going back with a buddy this weekend to do some parts shopping for his car. I still dont have a dime so i just have to sit and ponder lol. But they do circulate different cars every 2 weeks or so.
There was a BEAUTIFUL 1996 Eddie Baur F 150 4x4 Green and tan, a damn shame it had to get hit like that... But the interior on this thing is beautiful. The center concil has the flip down seat, if the interior wasnt tan i would acually want that in my bronco. But this truck was awesome..
So if anyone needs anything, let me know! Im still in shock...
