Need Mechanical Help!!! Throttle?

My check engine light came on, on my 06 ford explorer (V6) and I first took it to AutoZone for their free diagnostic they said the throttle position sensor and the throttle actuator was bad. I went to a local mechanic where they did a diagnostic and 12 different codes came up. All and all since he did not have a ford computer he was not able to see what was the actually problem. Here are the codes:

Code Meaning
P0122 Throttle Position Sensor Circuit Low
P0222 Throttle Position Sensor B Circuit Low Input
P060B Internal Control Module Analog To Digital Processing Performance
P2104 Throttle Actuator Control System - Forced Idle
P2110 Throttle Actuator Control System - Forced Limited Revolutions Per Minute
P2112 Throttle Actuator Control System - Stuck Closed
P2121 Acceleration Pedal Position Sensor 1 Circuit Performance
P2122 Acceleration Pedal Position 1 Circuit Low
P2126 Acceleration Pedal Position Sensor 2 Circuit Performance
P2127 Acceleration Pedal Position 2 Circuit Low
P2131 Acceleration Pedal Position Sensor 3 Circuit Performance
P2135 Electronic Throttle Control Throttle Position Sensor A/B Voltage Correlation

Any idea what the underlying problem may be or how I could fix it?

Well, the 3 are related, but would be interesting to see what the correlation ends up being. Unfortunately, the fly-by-wire systems are outside my experience. If you don't get attention soon, put this in the Certified Tech forum. It will get Vince's attention faster.

I've been replacing a lot of electronic throttle bodies lately.
