I have a 6" lift on my rig and have comfortably had 37's on there 38and had enough room for 38's or 39's I think.

Most of the mags that I see doing new(er) 150 lifts and tires say a 4" lift will fit you 35" tires and a 6" lift will get you 37's...usually in the 12.5" wide arena. Obviously, rim backspacing will play a role, and I'm sure you can go a little bigger in tire size if you don't mind stuffing your fenders, rubbing and don't mind sacrificing flex.
