72 F100 headliner

I replaced my headliner with an aftermkt with speakers. Now I'm restoring the truck and I've discarded the aftermkt.

Anybody recall what the original one looked like? Did it have trim?

Suggestions on replacement welcomed

What condition is the aftermarket headliner with speakers? I am looking into getting one. Is this one with 4 speakers?
