fueling problems

I have a 2002 explorer I replaced the motor in and after completion I have been having trouble putting fuel in. I have checked all the vent lines and tried different fuel stations. Any other suggestions?

Make sure the nozzle doesn't seal the filler neck hole all the way. I have to make sure there is a little gap so the air can escape...When I used to drive my truck(which was quite a while ago. LOL)
