70 or 71???

Hello,I was just wondering if someone could help with decoding the vin number on my f100 that I purchased today. My truck was advertised as a 71 model shortbed,however I have been led to believe it is in fact a 70 model?? Any help would be greatly appreciated. The vin is. F10GCH71328. Once again many thanks for any help decoding this.

if it has a three spoke steering wheel it is a 70. 71 was the first year for the two spoke padded wheel.
