Well when you have tech's good enough to beat book time to make a decent living, generate extra income through the service dept, add some to the bottom line for the dealer/owner, and deliver quality service for the right price to the customer, its a win for everyone. If more dealers practiced this, they would never have any turnover in management or technicians. Glad that Sellers-Sexton understands this basic principal of taking care of the customer. I can tell everyone here on this board, if anything comes up out of warranty, my truck will be taking the trip Waynseville, MO.
