97 F150 Brake Problems

So I am having problems with the brakes on my 97 F150, two issues:

Only wearing the drivers side pad, drivers side wears to metal, passenger side looks brand new (fronts)

Pedal Feel is messed up!!! Sometimes it drops all the way to the floor, other times it is super tight.

I have a feeling I have multiple issues, but I want to diagnose before throwing parts at it.

Caliper is what it sounds like to me.

Could also be the rubber brake line is swelled on the inside restricting fluid flow.
Start there if pedal drops could be other repairs needed.

Passenger side caliper is seized and doing nothing forcing the drivers side to do all the work and wear out prematurely. Fix the caliper and the brake pedal issue may also go away.
