Just a quick tip for anyone with a 6.4 super duty----Cut a piece of thick cardboard/paneling, to the shape of the grille/radiator. The front bumper is close enough to the intercooler, that if you get on the bumper to look in to the engine, your feet can contact the fins on the intercooler, bending them. The cardboard will protect them slightly.
