Quick 93-97 Question

I've been wanting to ask this for awhile,but I keep forgetting.How come some Rangers have small rear windows,and others have larger rear windows?I keep sing 93-97 Rangers with really small rear windows that used to come on 83-92's.But,down at the end of my street,there's two 89-92 Rangers that have the large rear windows.This really confuses the heck outta me.Hope somebody here can clear it up.Thanks.

Standard cabs got the two piece sliders, extended cabs got the one piece ones. Don't ask me why.

Starting in '98, they all had one piece sliders.

Okay,that makes a little more sense.Was it the same if the trucks were non-sliders?

I believe so...but I'm not 100% positive.

Every Ranger I've ever spent much time around had the slider, though, and the difference is harder to notice if it's solid glass.

Yea,there's two 89-92's at the end of my street,and they both have the same rear window as my 00 did.I was never sure if that was factory or not.
