Picking up an '03 F-150, 71K miles, 4wd w/ 5.4. I'm looking for any hints of what to watch for or try to prevent from breaking. I'm aware of the spark plug concerns but wonder if there are other things to be concerned about. Any hints from any of you would be great! (Just dumped my '98 Dodge Truck- rust, bad tranny, and lots of things which shouldn't have gone bad. Happy to be in a Ford now.) Please give me any thoughts you might have. Thanks

Great trucks! I love this body style, only a few issues with my truck that weren't related to myself and how I drive it.....wait, the more I think about it I realize there were no issues aside from how I drive it! LOL

Lets see some pics of it when you get it!
