front end shake

There is a TSB on this issue where it's referenced as "steering wheel oscillation". One of the techs should be along before too long...

Your user name is monsterford06, is your f350 lifted with big tires?

Goose has it. Its exclusively (any more) to vehicles with a live front axle and coil springs (Jeeps, Dodges, and the superduty). If you have a lift, big tires, you're more likely to experience it. Steering stabilizers help, assuring all bushings and bolts are tight and not worn. Pay attention to the "panhard bar", its the bar that goes from one side of the frame to the other side suspension. The bushings here are quite suspect.
