Carb vacuum lines?

Take a look at the pic. There are two vacuum lines missing and If anyone can help with where they are supposed to go I would really appreciate it.

1 - Passenger side of carb and when I plug it with my finger the motor smooths out a little.
2 - Is coming off the intake and is one of two mounted in a plate that come up and bend almost at a 90 degree angle.

Looking at the diagram that Mil1ion posted for me,( thanks Mil1ion ) but its not making much sense.

I found out that plate on the intake is the choke heater assembly, and has metal lines that run up to the carb.

I wish I would have looked at this post before, being from a cold part of the nation I could have told you that it was used for the choke operation. I have to relpace one of these when I had the stock intake on my 400. You can actually take the intake piece out and there is a coil that is in the exhaust porting of the crossover in the intake.
