I have my doubts that it will work with the new MAF sensors.......Watch out for lean codes due to the MAF sensor not accurately measuring air flow. Any changes that cause turbulance, or lower air velocity will screw up the MAF sensor measurements.

hmm, interesting. Where does it collect the air at? The grille?

It says it draws in under body air, so I assume somewhere lower than the grille.
