1997 f-Super Duty brake pedal travel long

After the truck sits, the brake pedal has a very long travel, until pumped up.
Already replaced hydro booster and pump. Any Ideas? Bled system, no leaks found either. Diesel engine, dually rears

Sounds to me like the master cylinder itself. Or there is air in the lines that you didn't get when bleeding... have you tried a complete line flush? it should be done every 30k or so, if I remember correctly.

Think he's gonna bust a knuckle turning a wrench??:rofl: That's why I take mine to a pro. Everything he does that draws blood makes the hourly rate go up, so I always pray for his knuckles. :D
